Living in the penthouse has been an incredible experience! Waking up to a view of Durham Cathedral every morning never gets old. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything I need for both studying and relaxing. Being in the heart of the city center means I’m just minutes from campus, shops, and cafés, yet it still feels peaceful and private. Definitely a premium experience – perfect for students who want a mix of comfort, style, and unbeatable location

Stayed in this apartment as my friends were also staying in number 12 cathedrals, so we were in the same building. It was like a big house share but much better as we had our own kitchen and bathrooms, definitely would recommend for groups to take seveal apartments in this building!
